The last stop was Birmingham it didn't go like I planned, seems you barely even tried at all Till it was 6 am, I knew that you were drinking again I didn't know where you were, just knew you were gone and nobody here recalls my name and if they do when they say it, you know its don't sound the same its easy to leave me when you're wrong is it easy for you to love me when I'm gone? so I'll be home tonight, we'll probably start to fight and when it comes to you, I got to give it my all then I'll start missing you, tear through a bottle or two then I'm stuck in my head, climbing up the walls nobody here recalls my name and if they do when they say it you know it don't sound the same its easy to leave me when you're wrong is it easy for you to love me when I'm gone? and nobody here ever knew your name but all the streets are still dirty the whiskey's still wet and the cigarettes taste the same its easy to leave me when you're wrong is it easy for you to love me when I'm gone?

don't count on me to let you down I have and will always be around you say that you don't need me now don't count on me to let you down take your chances and face your pain alone I'll take my chances and wait here on my own I don't think I'll ever lose this love you'd say that it always was too much and I'd say I could never get enough I know I will never lose this love take my chances and face this pain alone and hug this streetlight and wonder why I'm on my own so one more drink just to feel alive one day I will stop coming by you weren't some thorn in my side so one more drink just to feel alive take your chances face your pain alone I'll take my chances and wait here on my own
